Cancellations
Your drapes and fabric are custom-made and—because we want to ensure a quick delivery—we begin crafting them almost immediately. Orders may be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of submission. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at info@windowworksnj.com as soon as possible.

Corrections
If we make a mistake—size, fabric, or fabrication—then we will fix it at our expense. We’ll do whatever it takes to get your items to you as specified in your order receipt.

If you measured incorrectly, let us know and we’ll work with you to come up with a creative solution—very possibly at a discount. We want you to be delighted by the final outcome.
